ElevateHer, a non-profit organization operating under Storehouse Charities (EIN: 81-1058262), is dedicated to empowering local women through academic, relationship, spiritual, and life coaching programs. Our mission is to help women fulfill their God-given purpose by reducing financial and geographic obstacles that may hinder access to these empowerment initiatives. We are committed to supporting women in various aspects of their lives including academics, relationships, spirituality, grief management, healing processes, and overall life fulfillment. Additionally, we offer tuition, textbook, and food scholarships for women seeking academic advancement.

Dr. Loretta Shields has been a life, love & leadership coach for over 15 years and has been a leader in church ministry and academia for over 25 years. She has a Doctor of Philosophy in public health, where her love is studying how relationship health (love and leadership) relates to physical, emotional, and mental well-being. She also has a Doctor of Ministry degree in pastoral counseling that has equipped her to use a holistic life, love and leadership coaching approach, combining psychology, counseling, and spirituality.
She practices compassionate, client-centered coaching, journeying with you and challenging you to do the spiritual, inner, and relational work required for a healthy life, healthy love and powerful leadership.
She currently serves the Southern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists as the conference Women’s Ministries Director where she offers grief support and 1-on-1 ministry leadership coaching to the female leaders for over 150+ churches.
Her goal is for life, love, and leadership coaching to be accessible to all women. Therefore, she created ElevateHER as a way to pour into the lives of women at little to no cost to them in a safe and validating setting.
